Returns & Delivery

Delivery and Returns

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on back order, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know. 

To ensure your order is delivered, we share the necessary personal information—your name, delivery address, email address, and telephone number—with our trusted UK-based suppliers and fulfilment partners. These suppliers may also pass the required delivery information to courier services to complete the shipment. We only share your information for the purpose of processing and delivering your order.

Order Delivery:

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available to dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will dispatched within 5 working days. Normally next working day if item is in stock. We'll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@guardianandchild.com so that we can help. 

Damages:

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of damaged items to info@guardianandchild.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf. 

Cancellations & Refunds:

Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If you order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible of any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

Featuring both the Kimi cot bed and the Kimi Acrylic Chest Changer, the 100% recyclable, non-toxic acrylic spindles and handles add the wow factor in your precious bundle’s nursery.

The Scandi-inspired cot bed has been stylishly designed with retro hairpin legs. It offers 3 adjustable mattress heights, teething rails, and can be transformed into a toddler bed, suitable from birth to 4 years old. 

The changer on the Kimi Chest can be taken off, so once your baby is about 12 months old, you can turn it into a more traditional chest of drawers that will last for years to come.

There are three full-sized drawers, each with acrylic handles, giving you plenty of space to store all your little one’s clothes, nappies and essentials. 

The hairpin legs on both the cot bed and chest changer are made of high-quality steel, stable, sturdy and durable, and come with floor protectors included.
