Delivery and Returns
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on back order, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
To ensure your order is delivered, we share the necessary personal information—your name, delivery address, email address, and telephone number—with our trusted UK-based suppliers and fulfilment partners. These suppliers may also pass the required delivery information to courier services to complete the shipment. We only share your information for the purpose of processing and delivering your order.
Order Delivery:
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available to dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will dispatched within 5 working days. Normally next working day if item is in stock. We'll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@guardianandchild.com so that we can help.
Damages:
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of damaged items to info@guardianandchild.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If you order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible of any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

The Babymore Mimi Travel System combines a stylish 2-in-1 pram and pushchair with a Pecan i-Size infant car seat, giving you a practical travel solution from birth to approximately 4 years.
Ultra-lightweight and easy to manoeuvre, the Mimi features a compact fold, comfortable carrycot and versatile pushchair seat. The included Pecan i-Size car seat can be attached to the chassis using the included adaptors, making it easy to move your baby from car to pushchair.
2-in-1 Pram & Pushchair
The Mimi starts as a comfortable pram with a space-saving carrycot suitable from birth to 6 months or 9kg. The carrycot then adapts into a pushchair seat suitable from approximately 6 months to 22kg (around 4 years).
The seat can be used parent-facing or world-facing and features four recline positions, including lie-flat, plus a five-position adjustable calf support and fully adjustable 5-point harness.

Pecan i-Size Car Seat
The included Pecan i-Size car seat is suitable from 40–87cm, from birth to approximately 15 months.
Designed to the ECE R129 i-Size standard, it provides enhanced side-impact protection and rearward-facing travel for greater protection.
The car seat features superior ventilation, a multi-stage body-hug inlay and adjustable headrest and recline to help keep your baby comfortable as they grow.
