Delivery and Returns
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on back order, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
To ensure your order is delivered, we share the necessary personal information—your name, delivery address, email address, and telephone number—with our trusted UK-based suppliers and fulfilment partners. These suppliers may also pass the required delivery information to courier services to complete the shipment. We only share your information for the purpose of processing and delivering your order.
Order Delivery:
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available to dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will dispatched within 5 working days. Normally next working day if item is in stock. We'll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@guardianandchild.com so that we can help.
Damages:
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of damaged items to info@guardianandchild.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If you order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible of any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

The Babymore Kai Travel System combines stylish design, comfort and practicality to make every journey with your little one easier. Finished in elegant Sandstone with luxurious fabrics and stylish accents, the Kai includes everything you need from birth to approximately 4 years.
The complete bundle includes the Kai chassis, carrycot, seat unit, Pecan i-Size car seat, ISOFIX base, car seat adaptors, footmuff, changing bag and raincover.
Carrycot
The spacious carrycot is suitable from birth to 9kg and has been safety tested for overnight sleeping.
It features a built-in panoramic ventilation panel to provide airflow, while the apron includes a wind shield and peek-through window for added protection and visibility.

Pushchair Seat
As your baby grows, the Kai carrycot can be replaced with the spacious seat unit, suitable from approximately 6 months to 22kg (around 4 years).
The seat can be used parent-facing or world-facing and features a one-hand recline, adjustable calf support and a 5-point harness for comfort and security.
Memory buttons allow the seat unit and carrycot to be detached from the chassis with one hand.

The Kai features a lightweight, free-standing chassis with a convenient carry handle and innovative flip-and-fold system.

Pecan i-Size Car Seat
The included Pecan i-Size infant car seat is suitable from 40–87cm, from birth to approximately 15 months.
It can be used rearward-facing and features enhanced side-impact protection and an advanced ventilation system to help provide airflow from the base and sides.
The adjustable headrest and recline, multi-stage body-hug inlay and removable apron with windshield provide added comfort and protection as your baby grows.
