Delivery and Returns
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on back order, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
To ensure your order is delivered, we share the necessary personal information—your name, delivery address, email address, and telephone number—with our trusted UK-based suppliers and fulfilment partners. These suppliers may also pass the required delivery information to courier services to complete the shipment. We only share your information for the purpose of processing and delivering your order.
Order Delivery:
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available to dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will dispatched within 5 working days. Normally next working day if item is in stock. We'll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@guardianandchild.com so that we can help.
Damages:
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of damaged items to info@guardianandchild.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If you order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible of any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

Certified to the very latest i-Size safety standards, it seamlessly transitions from a secure harness seat to a high back booster ensuring the perfect fit year after year.
The Hazel car seat features integrated, built-in side impact protection engineered to distribute crash forces away from your child, helping reduce the risk of injury in the event of a collision, particularly to the head, neck, and shoulders, as well as providing exceptional stability.
As your child grows, the robust 12-position headrest and 5-point harness system can be adjusted to provide maximum security and comfort and a customised fit at every age. The seat can be reclined so that your little one will always be relaxed and comfortable whether resting or sitting up. The Hazel car seat is equipped with a soft and comfortable insert for younger children, up to 87 cm height.
As a toddler up to 105cm, the 5-point safety harness keeps them secure. Once your child is ready to use the car’s seat belt, the harness can be easily stored away.
The plush padding, breathable, hypoallergenic fabrics and ergonomic design provide air ventilation, comfort and support from toddler to older child. The installation process, guided by clear, colour-coded indicators, makes securing the seat in your vehicle a breeze, the Isofix securely locking the car seat to the vehicle, the top tether providing additional stability.
