Order Processing
When you place an order, we may pre-authorise your payment method while we confirm product availability with our supplier.
Once availability has been confirmed, payment will be processed and your order will be dispatched.
If an item is unavailable or on back order, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the options available.
Delivery
If your item is in stock and available for immediate dispatch, we aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days, although orders are normally dispatched sooner.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email your tracking information, normally within 24 hours.
If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days, please contact us at info@guardianandchild.com and we will be happy to help.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier and courier.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at info@guardianandchild.com as soon as possible and provide clear photographs of the item and packaging where appropriate.
We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate solution.
Where the issue is our responsibility, you will not be charged for the return or collection.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@guardianandchild.com as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it before it leaves our supplier.
If your order has already been dispatched, our Returns & Refund Policy will apply. Return or collection charges may apply to unwanted or change-of-mind returns.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Returns
For unwanted or change-of-mind purchases, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
You can arrange your own tracked return, or we can arrange a courier collection for you.
Collection charges vary depending on the item, size, number of parcels and courier required. We will confirm any applicable collection charge before arranging collection.
Any applicable collection charge will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be made to the original payment method.
For eligible unwanted returns, your original standard delivery charge will be refunded where required. Any premium or upgraded delivery charge is non-refundable.
Any applicable return or collection charges for unwanted items will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and show the refund in your account.

The Babymore Air Motion Gliding Crib is easy to use and designed to give your baby a safe and comfortable place to sleep. It looks stylish and fits the aesthetics of a modern home, giving it a contemporary vibe. For the busy parent, it is super easy to assemble and disassemble, making it one of the most flexible and easy-to-use cribs on the market today. Weighing only 6kg, it is perfect for travel, and even folds small enough to fit in the aircraft cabin for travelling abroad. The Air Motion Gliding Crib is the perfect travel cot for the first 6 months.
The gliding motion can be operated by a parent, but it can also start on its own when your baby stirs or rolls. This allows them to fall naturally back to sleep. It is designed to be intuitive to your baby’s movements, and as your baby stirs, the crib in turn will gently move to rock them back to sleep – rather like being in their parent’s arms. Its smooth, quiet movement is great for soothing your baby to sleep. There is no need for a parent to be continually rocking the crib, it does it by itself without the need for a powered motor which may wake your baby. The crib can also be locked so it doesn’t glide, a useful feature as your baby gets older and is ready for their transition to a cot or cot bed.
The crib has a height of 74 cm, and is designed to be the optimum height for positioning close to your bed, allowing easy access for those nighttime feeds. The double mesh sides allow great visibility at all times.
This stand-alone crib is suitable for overnight sleeping from birth up to 6 months or 9 kg.
